Health and Fitness – Focus and Friendship

My daughter and I have taken a few weeks to focus on our health and fitness.

We have had to be intentional about daily exercise and healthy food choices… lots of fruit smoothies, whole grains, protein and salads.

The results we wish to see have been slow, but a lifestyle of healthy living is worth the work and the wait.

The best part has been doing it together. There is nothing like a companion to help achieve your goals!
